IMHO CWN is a Buy in the long term. Lets focus on my home town, Perth.
New Footy Stadium is being built on site at the Crown Casino:

With Eagles and Dockers that means a home game every week.
60,000 extra eager punters injected directly into the Casino.
Perth is a bit of a drag on Crown at the moment, but that's no wonder with the place looking like a construction site.
If you analyse each part of the business it's looking great.
Don't know where the negativity is coming from.
