all depends on if you think another offer will arrive in which case upside could be worth the wait - perhaps up to $18?

if you think this is it then probably not worth waiting to accept for another 11c per share when you could sell on market and re-invest somewhere else

but then again in volatile markets at least this is a safe hold - surely we have had too many green days in a row lately & the sates or Europe must be due for another meltdown

all in my opinion of course
