I do wonder why they're prepared to pay $2.375 million to guarantee 40% of the options get exercised and (so far) haven't been prepared to throw the same amount of the buyback at the sellers in a concentrated way. This could deliver the same result and is better for the NTA.
Maybe the new year will bring a surprise, all the best to all holders.
