Yes, I have only just returned to the screen, having been elsewhere for most of the day.

I got a phonecall from a friend telling me of Michael's departure, and I was very shocked.

As you have stated, Michael's approach to communication with shareholders (regardless of the size of their holding) was nothing short of excellent. And he went to great lengths to ensure that everything was clear, and any question would be answered.

He delivered, and will be missed. He did have a good team supporting him and it is pleasing to see that Geoff has now got an opportunity to mark his stamp on EXS going forward.

I will be keeping tabs on where the Irish one goes to, as I have faith in his ability to deliver.

We can all be grateful to Michael that he got the deal over the line, prior to this last round of global panic set in, as there is no doubt that our healthy cash balance is what has held us in relative good stead to date.
