Looking at VXR and G1A.
Abra has a similar production and financial profile, albeit at a PFS level, to SS.
The Toho deal will largely cornerstone their financing but is contingent on DFS, which they say is due mid 2019.
Although they say they are in financing discussions, these can't go live until the DFS is delivered. I would expect, at best, that financing is late 2019.
Currently G1A has at mkt cap ~$100m or 2x VXR! I've read some broker research with G1A SP targets ~+50c or 1x NPV10.

Consider that VXR has completed DFS, advanced finance discussions and could be in construction mid year. IMO we are just as likely to see an asset level deal, out of the blue. If we doubled on a deal to 40c we are still only the same mkt cap as G1A and if any deal effectively de-risked finance and we trade 1xNPV10  SP would be at $1.00 (Euroz target).
