Lynas doesn't have the money? Who used their own money to expand these days.
if Japan offer another low interest loan to build a plant that doubles capacity it would make good business sense.
The extra income would more than offset the interest and that's what matters.
Also a placement at $3 a share to build a new plant would be snapped up by the big end of town in my opinion. Lynas have the IP now to build a plant that will work without the learning curve of newbie junior.
