    For what it's worth I also recommend Shareholders reject the offer, but I am talking about US at the special meeting of EQN shareholders.

    I have voted ( via computershare website) against the motion. We don't need the debt and the risk at this time. Find something smaller, around the $1 billion mark, that we can manage without going cap-in-hand to the banks.
