im beginning to think that the capital raising was needed to deal with all the upcoming business, rather than having run out of cash as such. given they have 2 million on hand, it shouldve been enough for another couple of quarters.
perhaps they expect a couple of big announcements in china and they need te cash to be able to fulfil them. either way, i am fully loaded now.
