    I do not know 100% if they will make a decision before Christmas, (I doubt the SA govt know) but as you've seen with what other posters have said and my own research they have every intention of pressing the button ASAP.

    IMO yes they have every intention to approve it prior to Christmas but do not base your investment decision on that.
