This company is definitely worth more to a competitor than the current SP reflects. Single product medical device companies are generally very inefficient when they do all their own sales and marketing as they can't cross sell other products and lean off brand name, channels and infrastructure.

Add all the ongoing ASX listing and compliance costs and you can see lots of fat which can be trimmed within the first year of any big device company taking AXP out. Similar to what happened with SRX.

It's definitely being accumulated, but I think it's from the fund who recently took 5%. It's pretty tightly held, so they will have to be patient and will need to continue play with the SP and kill any upward momentum to continue accumulate. This stock is enough to test any investors patience.
