You only have to look at the presentation of the staff at Airports and on flights as opposed to their competitors to see that Virgin staff actually take pride in their appearance.

The training program drills this into the staff and it seems to stick when they get out on the floor.

There is a much stronger emphasis on customer service with Virgin then many other airlines.

Virgin has continued to partner up and have strong ties internationally (partnering up with Delta airlines as an example).

The CEO appears to be well liked by management as well. The general feel of the airline is much warmer then competitors.

A no brainer in your portfolio imo if you are looking to diversify and have good strong capital growth.
