    I would compare the market.

    If 88E has a true MC of $120M right now than RMP MC $20M is ridiculously undervalued.

    IMO, it is perfectly reasonable to think RMP MC should be much closer if not more 88E MC. Further, every 1 cent in SP in 88E is $60M MC, whereas with RMP it is $4M MC.

    Something sure is not stacking up here!!
