Statistically for LRL most compliance report announcement occur around 8:30 am EST (5:30am WST for their Perth office), I think these are the prepared ones they send in the previous night, It noticed a couple late in the day ~6pm EST as well.
However most of the really juicy price sensitive stuff that isn't compliance reports tends to come out between 9:30am EST and 12:30 PM EST. Which for their Perth office now means 7:30am to 10:30am, I think we'll see something tomorrow around 10am Perth time
