Absolutely correct-I think I said as much a while back. Needless to say, the day I got my voting form, I filled it in with 'against' for each proposal and posted it off the very next day. Who would be silly enough to buy at a 15% discount in the auction when a greater discount exists on the market?! I would not be surprised to see this discount close in the lead-up to the auction, and if that occurs I might take the chance to jump ship, at least until I see how it travels afterwards.
