i just had a look at MOF and the Euro prop falls, however they are not retail, so i would expect the fall to be less than office property.

even if we get a 13% fall with the falling int rates and retained divs they should have a big enough buffer, they just need to let us shareholders know exactly what is going on.

if MOF already has their valuations back then AEZ should already have their valuations in? why arent they disclosing them to the market?
