i would like to know how they are going in terms of occupancy etc but they havent said anything.
you would have to think that a 13% fall in retail property is pretty unlikely, if it does fall 10% then that will mean the values have fallen 23% since this time last year.
you would have to think that a 25% fall in retail shopping centres is big enought?
does anyone have any reliable figures from other sources as to similar value changes in Euro property?
