The only thing i can think of for the sell down is the fall in lithium price.
If i remember correctly the PEA used a figure of $11k per ton but i think at the time the price of Li was about $15-$16k per ton.
But the price of Li now is $10-$11k per ton, so the question is what will the DFS $ value be?
