    Additional to my notes above,  I have a suspision that someone has tight stop loss at 23c.

    Volume is too low for this stock right now,  not a good idea to have tight stop loss at this low. 

    Lithium stocks are not doing well lately.

    LPI performance is worst among junior miners.
