    Things to consider when you want to sell and I keep reiterate the same dot points again and again.

    * DFS is due soon.  By end of Jan 19

    * Spent more than $30m up to date on the Maricunga project

    * Received the CCHEN approval last year for the old codes.

    * Received water rights approval

    * Environmental Impact Assessment submitted Dec 18

    * Lab produced 99.9% lithium concentrate

    * Mining the old codes tenements alone is still economically viable.

    * Fulin approached MSB last year for off take.

    * MSB invited for partnership with Codelco last year but they withdrew. Likely to be invited to become the partner again hence they withdrew the court case.

    * LPI has~$20m in the bank and other assets.

    Compared to other junior lithium players who has less cash but marketcap is higher.

    * Volume is so low that it can be easily manipulated by big players and bots.  Martin already done with his dumping and most of his shares were bought by a small fund in Singapore.

    * Mitsubishi Management Fund also hold a large amount in this company.

    * Gary Harvey is also one of the substantive holder.

    * Mr Borda is the billionaire in Chile ,holding one of the biggest stakes and has a  non director seat.

    ...
