how can Albemarle claim it is right and at the same time Corfo claims it is right?. It seems that the confusion is about the interpretation of the contract. Alb saying the price is what it needs to be to build a cathode facility in Chile while Corfo just wants a (up to) 25% discount. Is the Govt getting involved and just making things too difficult? Alb just given up concentrating on Aus deposits. This is not a good message to send to private Li companies
And then there is the issue of water on Atacama. Where is it coming from for MSB?
