News on the banking facility due any day now, which will further derisk this as an investment. This may give us the boost we need to get past resistance at 2.5.
Supply at these levels appears to be drying up with no takers yesterday at 2.4.
I assume the bank will want the directors homes as securities, and I thought they were used when the directors lent money to LPE. Hopefully the same bank is involved otherwise a bit of juggling might be required.
