Guys, apologies if this has been covered but what is stopping the other operators in the market to to start targeting strata communities? What is LPE's competitive edge, besides being first mover?
I like everything else (oh beside the high number of shares on issue) but it seems a simple business with an decent margin and great benefits to their customers.
