thanks, surely 1TB is just connecting multiples of the current 1MB chip? and if the 1Mb chip is 40 Nanometres (presumably this is a square 40nmx 40nm), then a 1TB chip would be 4millimeters? I thought speed was important for RAM but less important for storage, or are there AI applications currently limited by speed?
