Ok I hear this a lot.Its kind of folklore but when you here statements like this people you should cringe.
Usually read and write speeds in memory are substantially different from each other. And this claim has to be validated. Reram certainly offers the potential of faster operation than flash, that's why we are all here, but we here as yet dont know if its true.
To date, we have no performance data from the first yields of the 1MB chips. I dont expect it really, since performance will be being improved during the optimisation stage.
