I don’t see the point of the post to be honest. Eugene isn’t in rfn to lose money I will say that stating the obvious... 

I do care about how RFN is spending the cash as they have proven so far to be terrible at earning it... hence the shell value right? I do like Loyyal but think it’s more suited for vc investment as I don’t see how it will generate cash... 

This is an entry point where you can punt for upside and back “new mgmt”... I’m sure we will receive an announcement eventually.
