By counting the votes and deciding to pull the plug – cancel the vote before the vote it put seems highly un ethical to me, possibly even illegal.
Just how Lowy can you go?

An Analogy would be the Australian Soccer Team deciding not to play a match – because their understanding is that they will not get as many goals as the other team!
I just wonder why such unethical behaviour has started to emerge from the Board.

I hold WDC but I do not hold WRT.
I am concerned at the unethical treatment of WRT holders.
