Again I would ask you to read recent announcements. Only a serial pest would comment on a stock without researching and reading announcements.
Further probably the best way to measure democracy on HC is surely "thumbs up/down". It is a measure of what people think. Double digit TUs are rare but I always take note. What about you William1982 do you take notice of TUs?
