Hi Grebmoolb, what you say makes a lot of sense and paints another scenario to a few already mentioned. I too believe Bayan (Low Tuck Kwong) have more interest in WEC than is currently apparent.
Should an off market bid / buy occur, what do you think the effect will be for other shareholders and the share price in general?
A management buyout has also been suggested, but in either case, I can't see an immediate benefit for shareholders. But an off market bid by Low Tuck Kwong has the possibility of the Tabang plant being completed and start producing product. Currently that is the only way I can see the share price improving substantially....
