I hope PEN are successful with obtaining a permit for low pH treatment just as I hope the long anticipated lift in U3O8 price happens before too long but lets deal with the present rather than speculate about the past (what value is that?). The Wyoming regulatory findings are promising to date - fingers crossed. I had an order to reduce my PEN holding so that I can build up in a near to production explorer but decided today to pull the order.
