Jogo I would recommend that you listen to their most recent webcast released yesterday (see below)
During the public review process for the permit to mine they got no requests for a public hearing. This is great news so means likely to get full permit mid this year. A request for a public hearing would have dragged this out. Without the need for this they are on track with their guidance.
Your timelines are wrong. I suspect those interested listen to the latest webcast and or speak with management.
