Y3 is underestimating  Gus,... Gus had all the data from previous work and experts in that field to inform him, This was the approach to lock the rescores, PEN need to convince regulatory that Alkaline was not workable for all deposits.  Why would PEN tested the whole Lance project(as Y3 has suggested) at what cost, when Gus had the data... Gus is one hell of a business man who gets deals over the line.....

Y3 as CEO,... To our product buyer,..Sorry we can't sign the $53lbs contracts because we need to test the whole of Lance project to prove Alkaline is not efficient to the regulatory so we can move to a LOW pH, "can you wait a few years",... by the way can you fund us $100m,.... as we cant get funding to build a plant and do the years of field tests without offtake contracts funding,.... Y3 approach,..... this is why Y3 can spend so much time posting on PEN because his work is sheet.....
