The nameplate capacity for the Lance project alkaline processing feasibility studies was originally 700k lb/a. Somewhere along the line this was changed to 600k lb/a (just changed, no explanation given).

So nameplate quarterly production is 150k lb/a. The best production quarter for PEN was 53,535 lbs reported for the Sep16 quarter. That is a woeful 36% of nameplate. Average for the period from start to Sep18 quarter is 34,404 lbs/quarter or 23% of alkaline DFS nameplate. 

Still think they would have eventually got to nameplate? Maybe in a half-life's time.
