There is a mention of M.R.'s purchase in the last AGM notice. The share allocation is to help finance the L.C. project.
If shareholders approve the purchase as was the case at the AGM, the 19.9% limit does not apply apparently.
No mention of M.R. managing the project, I can hear the sighs of relief from here !
With the size of size of his holding you wonder why he isn't on the board though.
