A "steal" for BPT. For one reason or another VPE does not seem to be in a position to challenge them with a better offer - likely due to VPE's sp not being any higher at present... (as a counter bid would mostly be scrip based).
So, lucky BPT for sure. All JIMHO, of course.
And, me too, I shall be missing this thread which has been a pleasure to read over a long time.
