To good to be true this stock with the current strong yield hovering around 10% and property market picking up all looks good.
Can't see it going past 80c would be good if next year dividends increased. Dividend Reinvestment plan to is healthy I think they are good at rewarding their shareholders.
Kicking golds and getting closer now to divi date will continue to rise daily as it has been as more people get on board.
Still in my bottom draw and will remain there.....
