the greenback state is an illusion,is our dollar appreciating or the greenback depreciating,one thing i am sure of is the current state of affairs works in favour of the usa,as for mof book value may be affected however building costs are unlikely to decline as debt held in the usa is nonrecourse the only quest is disposal that could leave mof almost debt free ,any opinions.
i guess these issues are on many minds certainly have for me over the past month
