If you sell shares to people at 1.3 cents that's where the share price will go,,,Plain and simple.

I'm not a huge fan of this.

it doesn't change the potential
it waters down the potential as all these "INVESTORS" ="Read friends family and Acquaintances" get on board.

"MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT "
Open up the share offering to all at 1.3 cents (Not just placements to certain people) -- at best it needs to be voted on by Shareholders
--then if your "investors" want in they can buy in on market and not keep watering down existing long suffering shareholders money.

Don't get me wrong I believe in the story
BUT- I'm also so aware of "CHINESE CULTURE.".

NO MORE "Guangxi relationship"
unless it represents existing shareholders
