The Japanese assisted Lynas to stay afloat, who's to say other countries industries aren't keen to chip in and allow ARU to have a go too. Geo-politically its turbulant times at the moment - the world needs a reliable resource sector outside china.
Looking at the ARU EIS - there's been a lot of work gone into that and I think management appear competent enough and determined to give ARU the best chance possible to get this mine off the ground - we'll see.
