    "now is the time to show true leadership and commitment to the company and its shareholders."

    I work for a multi national who pays me a regular wage and a few shares and/or options from time to time. I have never bought a single share in the company, Do I feel a lack of leadership or commitment ? No way.

    Btw the 3m seller at 2.8 must be starting to feel a little unwell, already down 12k , hopefully fir the rest of us there's a lot more to go.
