toph, perhaps my judgement of CAP's technicals has been clouded by my consideration of fundamentals, but I have still managed to make some profitable trades out of CAP up until the last few weeks wherein the volatility has dropped off quite considerably.

I didn't meant to make the "last ones laughing" comment sound so patronising by the way. Having seen that enough from other posters on the CDU forum, I should have thought twice before making such a post.

When that quarterly is released this week, I hope we see some real progress being made on that met work and environmental studies. Would it be too wishful of me to think that Nick will finally chime in with a few lines on CAP's strategic outlook at Hawsons, given the problem with BMG?
