Has there been any legal observations made about the responsibility, disclosure etc etc, by management or Board of Forge and the losses that investors are bearing?
The Forge disaster came from left field in my very limited experience, and makes me wonder how much more we should have known, much earlier.
Appreciate any thoughts.
