Kieran I think anyone who applies fundamental metrics (EV, EPS, trail commission pile) like you have would have come to similar conclusion.

I concur with Gixx's comment that right now negative sentiment has taken hold. This is exacerbated by the upcoming escrow release; whilst this is fact of life with any listed company 1 - 2 years post IPO, again some feel that management not willing to provide H2 guidance could well be interpreted as full-year top line could end up going in reverse and therefore the whole straight-line growth expectation falls apart and therefore heading to the exit.

On balance, the CEO did flag since August last year (when FY17 results were presented and share price was in excess of 80c) that the company is entering into another growth phase (new products, new channel with Finsure etc.) so additional spend towards business infrastructure and marketing is not exceptional to what they experienced perhaps back few years ago.

IMHO management needs to provide better line-of-sight to shareholders to say the least. Right now the sentiment seems to be "hate" and someone has been persistently dumping on the sell side smashing through support levels, a moment ago buy-sell was almost 1:10.

Everyday Joe like me only get to hear from these people twice a year - per my earlier post their language didn't inspire much confidence until such time they can commit to delivering a reasonable set of numbers.
