Water-tight quality assurance processes are needed to ensure the Clearview debacle doesn't happen (assuming it hasn't happened) at FIG.
This is why Steve Johnson @ Forager asked about it at the recent earnings call.
Low-quality leads not only affect sales conversion, but also could potentially have ramifications from an ethical perspective under the watchful eyes of ASIC.
If done right (i.e. keep control of acquisition costs and margins) FIG could capitalise on this opportunity to grab market share.
