Unfortunately farmers are notorious for being slow to take up technology.
There are 3 glaring problems that remain unresolved with Livingstone.
1. No solar for electricity or hot water.
2. The cost of water.
3. The availability of stock to feed the works. It was only AACo stuff going thru. There was a list of alternatives but AACo said no.
There is a very successful works in Katanning WA. I wonder if the BoD visited it.
