Thoughts recently about MHI?

Am a beginner value investor but tried to have a look at it.
Excluding the profits from sale of assets, I have calculated the average earnings to current market cap as 6.6
The earnings from operations have not really grown a whole lot over the last 10 years, and have been fluctuating, but on average making a reasonable amount on current market cap.

Been paying out dividends since 2001 consistently, average dividend to current MP is about 8.5%, though i less in upcoming times with poorer recent earnings.

Discount to NCAV of 35% with (net current assets - total liabilities) 23.2mill and market cap of 15.1 mill.
And 18mill in cash. Current assets cover current liabilities by 4x


Seems pretty good for a bargain? Average prospects with reasonable past record.
Thoughts? Sorry for the beginner/incorrect probably analysis!
