I have to agree cranswick that all the classic hallmarks are there.
Whether this is an orchestrated p & d or just a snowballing from a bit of buying we won't know. I think substantial holders can draw out the period between selling shares and change of holding notice for up to a few days after they have finished selling, so if they sell over a few days and take another three days to report it is six days since onset until the market is informed. Probably same timeframe for director sales as well - to allow for the notice to be posted the next day then the typical two days for the post - even though this would almost invariably be done by fax or e-mail now.
I imagine 0.5c will be challenged by the end of next week as D-Day approaches (=Dooms-Day for CHM IMO).
