Well I was trolling through my old watchlists and upon further investigation noticed a very positive market update at the beginning of July that the market seemed to acknowledge but at the same time not react to in a great deal. I think it's sinking in. IF they start paying dividends again, the prices we are currently trading at will look ridiculously cheap. On my calculations it should be trading in the 20-30cent range.

PLUS - the chart is showing classic reversal patterns as I mentioned earlier today. So it could be either or eIther.
