That 0.003cts seller doesn't seem very interested in selling. Seems like he/she/it/they
doing it to keep SP down/neutral for the moment.
My take on OKU is - ACTION is near. SP will go up north and excite the market, throw in a good ANN or broker's report, someone/ something push the SP further up and CR.
Ian Spence already said OKU will have to do a fund raising.
If we are truly blessed, then the ANN might be about some JV thingy...
