    The road from Boma to Kanzi is sealed phirang.

    If infrastructure is an issue at Boma then fixing it will be chicken feed compared to the cost of the barge option for Cacata (60m).

    I would say the 17m for 'logistics' for Kanzi includes any required spend at Boma.
