Given the interest from strategic partners i was hoping the raising would be a strategic placement at a premium. It could have been structured like the Yara-ITC Potash deal where Yara acquired 20% of ITC for a 50% premium.
Very disappointed this is not the case. I guess we just ran out of time and money before a deal could be struck, our backs in a corner.
